the venue was in a very central location next to the shopping mall and buffet breakfast, shopping centre, and sungei wang plaza, pavilion and berjaya time square. the breakfast was excellent for such a cheap rate and with fresh food.

The location was excellent. Short distance walk to the malls like pavillion and lot 10. The monorail is steps to the hotel. It is also close to the bus station and city attractions. The room was nice and clean which make it valuable for the rate.

The hotel is well-maintained and perfect, with hospitable staff at both Housekeeping and the reception. Fantastic location right next to Kl Plaza. Walking distance to a museum and a tower, with lots to see.

I was charged higher than the price shown on Booked.net . On inquiry, was told there was a tax etc. This has never happened with any other hotel wt Booked.net.

The Hotel was very well located for shopping and getting around, within a short walking distance to all the good shopping areas and monorail and also the hop on hop off bus to see tourist areas of Kuala Lumpur, nice easy walk to petronas Twin Towers via the Pavilion shopping complex and Convention centre.
First room we were given was an older style room which hadn’t been refurbished, we asked for a better room because of the time we were staying and they were happy to change us to a refurbished room which was very nice.
